Ingredients:-
- 8 oz stale white bread, cubed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Milk for soaking
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage
- 2lb lean pork, coarsely minced
- Salt and black pepper
Method:-
- Soak the bread and squeeze out moisture
- Oven on Gas Mark 5
- Mix together and mince finely
- Grease 2 and 1/2 lb loaf tin Put in mixture and press down
- Bake for 1 and 1/2 hours covered in foil
- Cool a little before turning out and serve cold
