Green Tomato Jam Cake

Ingredients:-

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate
  • 1 pot of Green Tomato Jam

Method:-

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Butter and flour a deepish pyrex dish
  • Pour mixture in
  • Bake for approximately 45 minutes at Gas Mark 6
