Ingredients:-

tablespoons fresh lime juice

tablespoon fresh orange juice

tablespoon Dijon mustard

teaspoon curry powder, toasted
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon black pepper
1/2
cup olive oil
Method:-
Whisk together any meat juices (if cooking meat for the salad!! ), mustard, curry powder, salt, and pepper, then add oil in a stream, whisking until emulsified.
