Ingredients:-

  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Small red chilli
  • 1 Table spoon brown sugar
  • 2 Table spoon wine vinegar

Method:-

  • Slowly fry onions for 20 mins in olive oil
  • Fry chopped garlic and chilli for 5 mins
  • Add sugar and vinegar and cook until liquid reduced
