Although perfect for the grilled skewers, this multipurpose dip is also delicious with crunchy fresh vegetable sticks. Try with a raclette recipe.
Ingredients:-
- 1 cup (250 mL) light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped fresh chives or green onions
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) grated lemon rind
- 2 tsp (10 mL) lemon juice
- 2 tsp (10 mL) grainy mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
Method:-
- In bowl, stir together mayonnaise, chopped fresh chives, lemon rind and juice, grainy mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.)
